The colors of the skyline around Coit Tower in San Francisco as one enters the Bay area. This image is a mixed-media montage with elements of photography and watercolor painting.
Back in 2019, just before the Pandemic, I returned to San Francisco for the first time since 1974, to visit a very dear friend. It was a magical reunion and reintroduction to the city - made even more wonderful by several ferry commutes from Sausalito to the city with views of the Bay Bridge, beautiful sailboats, and the colorful houses populating the hillside below Coit Tower. (Ever had to look up Sausalito to make sure you had spelled it correctly? Here's why.)
This image is available as a signed original edition of 10 prints, or an affordable unsigned open-edition print. Signed originals are considered valued works of art because of the artist’s signature and the edition number indicating the rarity. For that reason they are created in limited numbers or a single original. They are printed on museum-quality rag fine art paper or canvas or metal. Open-edition prints bear no signature or may have a digital stamp. They are a very affordable alternative for people who simply love the work. They can be purchased on various grades of paper and other media in sizes to reflect your cost constraints. Their value is purely personal for people who love art and want to display an image.

A lovely place and moving rendition of it, Wayne. It reminds me that it's time to "get out of Dodge" from the short leash of late in Exeter.
I truly appreciate the news and culture that your initiative and effort make available to folks who wish to get below the surface of New Hampshire's complex history, spirits and realities.

Quite beautiful Wayne; surreal. My wife & I have vowed to stop accumulating any more art, as we begin the process of "downsizing" and "uncluttering". I fought forest fires in California for the US Forest Service in the summer of 1964. It was like a military service alternative for me. We flew to one fire, and saw the Golden Gate Bridge shrouded in fog, with the towers protruding upward. Summer in San Francisco can be quite chilly, depending on the Humbolt Current location off the coast.
